The activities of PAFEN aim to increase digital adoption by expanding network coverage and the existing consumer base for digital services through initiatives that stimulate investment in sustainable and climate-smart broadband infrastructure and catalyze the growing demand for electronic services through digital access programs. The following indicators will be considered to measure the project's achievements:
Increasing access to broadband Internet in underserved communities :
Broadband penetration rate: proportion of the adult population
with an active broadband internet subscription (mobile and fixed)
disaggregated by female and rural subscribers (Percentage)
Improving the ability to deliver public services:
Shared services made operational by the government
enabling the delivery of digital public services (Number)
